What are your shipping fees?

Our shipping fees are calculated automatically for you based on weight and size of item(s) you choose as well as the location that we are sending item(s) to. We typically ship within 5-7 business days, unless an item is out of stock or backordered. For additional information, please refer to Purchasing Policy. Your choice of shipping methods include UPS or FED-EX or US Postal Service.

 

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select.

 

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an email confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has been shipped and we've charged your credit card.

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days. Sorry, no refunds. Store credit is valid for six months from issued date and may be used toward future purchases through our web site or our store location.

Web-purchased item(s) may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days (excluding shipping charges). Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance.

Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Due to the fact that our art is all handmade directly by individual artists, please understand that there may be slight variations in some pieces.

No refunds or exchanges on any custom designs. Special orders and any purchase marked "Clearanced Items" may not be returned.

 

How do I change or cancel an order?

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club.

 

Is ordering over the internet secure?

Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.

 

Do you ship to PO boxes?

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

 

Are the products on the website the same as in the store?

Yes. Although our website may have a different assortment than our store location, the products are the same. Our store location is 137 E. Jewett Blvd, White Salmon, WA 98672. .
