Returns Policy

In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days.  Sorry, no refunds.  Store credit is valid for six months from issued date and may be used toward future purchases through our web site or our store location.    Web-purchased item(s) may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days (excluding shipping charges).  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance. Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition and must be accompanied by the original receipt.  Due to the fact that our art is all handmade directly by individual artists, please understand that there may be slight variations in some pieces.   No refunds or exchanges on any custom designs. Special orders and any purchase marked "Clearanced Items" may not be returned.
