Decorated Presentation Instruments

These highly personalized instruments are designed to tell the life story of the owner, not only musically, but visually as well. They are decorated with custom designed, saw-pierced icons and symbols, engraving and precious and semiprecious inlaid stones.

Our decorated presentation instruments are not only the best playing instruments we make, but the most challenging to design and build. Collaborating with Dave Monette on these instruments is Portland goldsmith/artist Tami Dean, engraver Jerome Verryden, and diamond-setter Rick Thurber.
