Twilight is an upcoming American vampire film directed by Catherine Hardwicke. The screenplay by Melissa Rosenberg is based on the 2005 novel of the same name by Stephenie Meyer. Production began in February 2008. Scenes are being filmed primarily in Portland, Oregon, with Kalama High School serving as the primary setting for the school in the book.
Twilight is scheduled for release on December 12, 2008. |
