Custom Jewelry Design
Here's a look at the steps that go into translating your idea into a piece of fine jewelry.
Step 1: Design Consultation
In order to get your input on the design of the piece, we take the time to consult with you directly and fully. This process results in a rendering of the project (a rough sketch) and a cost estimate based on your design parameters.
Step 2: Rendering
After consulting with you, we render your ideas into a drawing to detail the design specifics. We want to verify that we are making the exact ring you see in your mind. At right are a few examples from past projects we have done. Click on a drawing to see a larger version of it.
Step 3: Wax Model
The wax model is the mold we will use to create your piece of jewelry.
Step 4: Casting
Next we melt and pour the metal to cast your jewelry.
Step 5: Set & Polish
Finally, we polish the piece and set the stones. |
